Is it free to post a job?▾
Yes. Posting is always free, and booking is free until Monday 28 September. No card or deposit is required when you accept a quote.
How do drivers get paid?▾
You agree a price directly with your chosen driver. Accept their quote free until Monday 28 September, get their contact details, and pay them directly for the job — by bank transfer, cash, or whatever you agree. The driver keeps 100% of that price; we take no commission.
What if the driver cancels?▾
There is no booking deposit to lose while booking is free until Monday 28 September. We recommend agreeing a backup plan up front. We Got The Move is an introduction platform and isn't liable for the job itself.
Do drivers need insurance?▾
We strongly recommend Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Drivers declare their insurance on their profile — however, we do not verify documents. Always ask your driver directly before the job.
Can I post any type of move?▾
Yes — single items, full house moves, pallets, cars, motorcycles, office moves and more. The more detail you provide in your job description, the more accurate your quotes will be.
