Is it free to post a job?▾
Yes, completely free. You only pay £9.99 when you choose to accept a driver's bid.
How do drivers get paid?▾
Drivers agree a price directly with the customer. Once you accept their bid and pay the £9.99 intro fee, you contact them directly to arrange payment for the job itself — by bank transfer, cash, or whatever you agree.
What if the driver cancels?▾
We recommend agreeing a backup plan with your driver. If a driver lets you down, contact us at legal@wegotthemove.co.uk and we'll review your case. We Got The Move is an introduction platform and is not liable for the service performed.
Do drivers need insurance?▾
We strongly recommend Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Drivers declare their insurance on their profile — however, we do not verify documents. Always ask your driver directly before the job.

Yes — single items, full house moves, pallets, cars, motorcycles, office moves and more. The more detail you provide in your job description, the more accurate your quotes will be.
